Tool performance is very slow

Hi All,

Does anybody has idea about calculating Mega tool performace for each user.

We actually have 25-30 concurrent users working on specific server.

Consistantly some users among the group will be facing performance issue.

for ex: creation of an object will take more than a minute. Even a mouse move will take 4-5 seconds. But at the same time, some other user on the same server and same network will create the same type of object in 3-4 seconds (some times viceversa)

We are totally messed up with what is exactly going on int he tool. Can we measure the performance in user level. or do we have something to keep track of all these things.

besides, may sure that database instance is configure for good performances (Update of statistics, Rebuilding of indexes)

The procedures varies according to the storage (Oracle, SQL server)
