Mouse Over Help Text Performance

Hi All,

I am using HOPEX V4 CP2 Web Client.

Is there a setting to reduce the time it takes for Mouse Over comments to appear on screen?

When you mouse over a field on the web client the comments for the attribute should appear, and eventually they do, but it takes more than 5 seconds and sometimes upto 10 seconds.

The general performance of HOPEX is fine and I have done all of the recommended rdbms maintenance things but this doesn't seem to make any difference.

I am hoping there is a setting somewhere that may provide an easy fix.

I will start planning to move from CP2 to CP6 and maybe even upgrade to HOPEX V5

Hello,

We have completely redesigned the display of tooltips in CP6.
The display is now done quickly when hovering over the label.

Thanks Oguimard, not what I was hoping to hear, but it is what it is.

I will leave the post unresolved for a while to see if anyone has an idea on how to improve it.

To my knowledge this display time cannot be configured.
