Mega Studio

Hi Community,

I can't find mega studio in the navigation window. we have the license and i have already used it to make some customizations. I cheked the system database and there is no other transactions or locks, also i searched in the documentation but i didn't find nothing about this problem.

Note : We are working with Mega SP4 2009.

Hello Asma,

It depends on the licencing type of your MEGA site.

Everything is owned / managed by the administrator in / by Licensing.exe where licences are allocated.

I can't give more infos about it.

In fact the licence "MTS" is not loaded (See the attachment).

Can you please tell me what to do to load this licence?

it seems that it is really the lack of the licence.  

Help / About MEGA / System information / Components available ,  to check if the licence "MTS" is loaded.
