I can´t type into link comment

Hi community. 

We have an issue when we try to use "link comment" with a diagram in a different environment. 

If we try to add comments in our lab, it works fine, we can comments into "link comment" propertie, but if we replicate the same diagram in other environment, with the same profile and product, we can´t add comments, the opcion "link comment" is blocked. Why could be that? any idea?

I suggest to compare the Profile and Permission Management settings for the profile in the two environments.
