How to promote TreeSet report template to another environment?

As SaaS customer, we have built a custom TreeSet Definition in the DEV environment.  Using the "Preview" function, we created a dendrogram report, which, in turn created a report template in the DEV environment.

How can we promote this "report template" to Preproduction Environment?

We tried using HOPEX Object export and import function on the "Report Template" object.  For example, export the dendrogram report template out of DEV environment - and import into Preproduciton.  But this gives errors during import.

We were informed that all work on custom reports should be promoted next environment via a "work package" and a case opened with Mega Cloud Services to promote.    Apparently, customer's should not promote any custom report work by themselves. 

However, the challenge is that there are no documented procedure what customers need to do to create this "work package".     What objects go into a work package?

I would also like to know how to deploy a report from a development system to a productive system. But we are not a Saas client.

Hello @BenAvdicevic. Hope you are well. Thanks for the question. I also did not find the proper way to move Report templates and related things from one environment to another one. Hope we will receive a clear response from Mega about that.
