How to add "user" shape to Sketch Tool ?

Hello,

In our V5 HOPEX instance - we don't have any "User" shape the HOPEX Sketch tool, as in this example.

• How can we add extra shapes to Sketch Tool?

As suspected.   Yet another functionality requirement the Windows Thick Client - which we do not have enabled yet as a SaaS customer.

So - my question is how can we enable having a "User shape".   Any option would work.

1)  Changing the shape of the Square Object via Shapes and Details, OR
2) Directly selecting a "user shape"  from the Sketch object palette.

Do you mean it's not available as a selectable shape of the square sketching item (via shapes and details)? Or are you asking about a net new sketching item with that particular shape?
