Context
I am Tanguy Le Duff, UX designer and in charge of UX improvements for the HOPEX Aquila product. I am taking advantage of the community forum to share with you here some improvement ideas, with 2 objectives:
1) to get our customers to react to confirm (or not) these improvement needs, and possibly deepen and refine these expressions of need;
2) to allow customers to react to the ideas to identify the b
est possible solution in a co-construction process.
Topic
A customer shared with us that they were having difficulty with sections in property pages.
Here is an example (to illustrate) of a property page divided and structured with 4 sections: "Identification", "Périmètre fonctionnel", "Echange" and "Pièces jointes"
Please note that each section can be opened or closed (2 states).
Ideas for UX improvements
- idea#1: add the capability to open/close all sections (with only 1 button)
- idea#2: rework the graphic style (UI) of the sections so that they are more readable and easier to identify by eye
+ your other ideas?
Please feel free to comment to react to the ideas proposed on the one hand, but also to add other ideas on the other hand. Thank you

Give an option to organize and shuffle the important area of page to be displayed first. Also if I am not regularly using those meta models it should not be hindering the important information.
Also ensure this is followed in the 360 Portal too.
Idea #1 to collaps all area is great. if there is a list of check box to display or not display it would be awesome.

Both ideas are good.
Additionally, it would also be useful to have the option to copy the link to the MetaClass with a single click, without having to use “share as email” and then manually select the long link text and copy it

I think both ideas are good, but idea#2 is more important.
Most of our users use HOPEX not very often (maybe once every two months). For them it's essential that things are easy to find. Sometimes they are looking for a specific attribute they want to change and don't recognize that the section is closed.

Perhaps, vertical tabs so that it's easier to navigate sections without scrolling up and down
