Hello,
There can be mutiple causes of that error.
Check if a license is available for the HOPEX installation.
Verify that the same user (same login) is not connected at the same time via Windows Front-end (Mega.exe)
Try to stop and restart SSP service.
Try a different browser.
Try applying the latest fix for your Hopex version.
If the error persists i would recommend you open a case with Support.

Error getting session token: ERR004 - Unable to open a Transaction for MEGA User 'PhF7cEbvdQ1DC' : Transaction closing in progress
i get this error, when i edit a capability map again and again.
what are possible reasons do you think.
