The error message 550 5.7.60 indicates that the client does not seem to have permissions to send as the sender mentioned, it indicates that the application is trying to send an email from an address that doesn't match the logon credentials or this error can also indicate a configuration issue on the Microsoft Exchange Server due to a missing "Send As" permission for that user.
