ERR009- Hopex Web access error occured. Please contact your Administrator

Hello Community,

As we are trying to loging with user name and password as shown below in the Hopex V4 web front-end, we are getting this error "ERR009- Hopex Web access error occured. Please contact your Administrator". 

Could some one help me with this , what would be the reason of this Error .

How to fix it.

Hello,

The typical cause for this in license token availability. I would leverage our licensing.exe tool to review the current token consumption and assignment. you can find information in our online documentation.
