Disable "Cut" option using CRUDs

Hi,

On all diagrams, when a user right click on most objects, he has the option to "Cut" that object from the diagram.

Is it possible to remove "Cut" option from all/some objects for all/some user or profiles ? Using CRUDs maybe?

The only remaining option will be "Remove".
