Cannot generate or modify website

Hi, 

We have launched a background website that seems stuck.

Is there an easy way to stop/cancel it with Admin/productions rights without to actually have to RDP in the prod server and manually stop Mega Hopex ?

Worked by discarding the workspace

Hello,

You can try logging in as Hopex Adminstrator and discarding the workspace that is tied to the website generation session. If that doesn't work then yes, you would need to RDP into the server and stop the spro tied to that user.
