I am using the web client and am able to create classes and class attributes but when I select to create an operation via the properties menu (it is not available anywhere else) there is not option to create operations.
What version of Hopex and what profile are you using? When i try this with Hopex Customizer i am able to add a new Operation under the Properties of a Class (see attached)
