Adding "Issue' as possible "Fulfillment" on Business capabilities

Hi,

I would like to add "Issue" as a possible Metaclass for fulfillment on Business capability.

Can you please share what customization is needed?

How can an issue be considered a fullfiller of a capability. Normally, you need an active element like an Application, Business Process or an Org Unit to “do” something. Fulfillment is a verb - an action.

yes absolutely. The metaclass "Issue" will be available as a candidate when creating a new fulfillment for a business capability.

I explored the metamodel but it seems to be multiple jumps through abstract metaclasses, it require a deep understanding for this part of the metamodel.
