You need to do two things,

1. Update the Deacriptor that generates the menu, so you get the menu and links to the generated reports.
2. Create (if not done so already) a descriptor that can publish the Report metaclass. And add the descriptor to the web Site object. You filter out using a query which Report that should be generated.
