Account Locked, Please Contact your Administrator

Dear All HOPEX Expert around the World,

I've facing an issue with my HOPEX, after I created for one account and successfully logged into the HOPEX, but in the next day the account which have been created, couldn't be access due to some error information "account locked, please contact your administrator" as attached in the picture below as per the reference.

Kindly I need assistance and or guidance to resolve this issue,

I agree, I also have experienced the same behavior - however, if I change the password from Admin.exe, it works fine.

I hope someone from MEGA can explain this.

Dear Sir @AHassan 

Thank you very much for your response and providing the solution, appreciated! this issue I always find that when I create a new account and successfully log in, the account is locked again the next day. Are there any settings or configurations that need to be adjusted?

Hello,

If the login of this user is set with Mega authentication, you need to reset the login's password in HOPEX and it will unlock the account.
