It's that time of year! The MEGA team is prepping to head down to BTOES (Business Transformation & Operational Excellence Summit) in Orlando. We're armed with information about improving customer experience using customer journey mapping. Over the past few months, we've seen a significant uptick in inquiries surrounding CJM - whether it was from website visitors, booth visitors, webinar registrants, or community discussion posts. A lot of the questions are themed with "Where do I get started?".
