Question about Hopex.core.migrate package

I have installed hopex v5 CP6 bundle and was able to create instance and create reference to existing v4 SystemDB and Data.  When I tried to perform "Environment Automatic upgrade" I got a pop-up message "hopex.core.migrate" is not installed.  Do I need to delete the instance and re-import with this package added or Is there a way to import additional packages in the existing instance.

Hello,

Starting from V5 all the necessary files to migrate an existing environment are not shipped by default. This help save 1Go of file on download and server for something that is temporary the time of the migration.

Once the environment has been reference like in your case (or before) follow the steps :

Either :

  • Import if from the HAS Console : go to Modules >> Modules List >> Add New then search for "HOPEX Environment Migration Package V5"

Once the module is imported you can :

Stop HOPEX Core module from the HAS Console

Launch Administration.exe

Now follow the wizard steps.

If you get this error message ensure the core is stopped and restarted administration.exe
