Migrating from Mega 2009 to Hopex V4

Despite the fact that we have followed all the steps mentioned in how to migrate document, we had a problem with diagram representation (as shown in the picture below) when migrating from Mega 2009 to Hopex V4. Do you have any suggestions how to solve this problem?
Ps: the problem with diagram appeared during the last transition from Hopex V2R1CP7 to V4 CP2

Check your options. In V4 BPMN diagrams are automatically filled in.

If a process is described in multiple diagrams it will look like your picture. Remove the checkmark and it should all be ok.
