I received this image from a customer with the following description:
I have a problem in adding a new user profile into MEGA admin.
I am getting this error message as duplicate key row, but I am not able to see if the user is already available.
Does anyone know what might be the solution to this error?

This is a technical error that requires investigations with MEGA R&D and possibly analysis of data stored in SQL Server
