Could you help me on this subject?
How to create dynamic tab in a collection or a component of a descriptor.
If community users have developped such code, please share it.
I do not have a code example to propose by let me remind you the approach below
Note some advanced techniques
Use a VB script macro to generate HTML code to inserted in the HTML report
See KB 00002635 http://community.mega.com/t5/custom/page/page-id/mega-kb-solution?sid=50120000000mr25AAA
This is used if a complex browing in data is required and not allowed by embedded queries or HTML tag
Use a specific tag to copy a file
See KB 00002089 http://community.mega.com/t5/custom/page/page-id/mega-kb-solution?sid=50120000000mqtHAAQ
This is be used to copy an external file (ex: image) used by the generated HTML page
Use a HTML header descriptor
See KB 00000301 http://community.mega.com/t5/custom/page/page-id/mega-kb-solution?sid=50120000000mqQMAAY
This is used to customized the head section of the generated web page
Thank you for your feedback.
In attachment you could find the used descriptor and user needed (docx).
Do you need more information?
I have created dynamic tabs, but looking at your document I don't really understand your need.
It mentions a css and than later it says need for dynamic tab based on other css? Are you just having a css issue or do you need to create tabs ?
what do you see as a dynamic tab? For me a dynamic tab is a situation where the descriptor will decide which tabs to generate based on the situation of the object and even the label of the tab might be unknown upfront and change from object to object, is that the situation you are in?
