Database restore- urgent support required!

Hello,

 

We requested a restore of data from the sql end as of last night- 8pm cet. But after restore, it seems like the last dispatch is showing us to be a date in 2015.We know that we definitely have dispatches after that date.We have requested for a backup to be restored from the backend in "Overwrite" mode

 

What is this a symptom of ?

Have you checked whether the restored repository contains data that has been created after the date in 2015 ?

If the old repository did not have history log activiated, I'm not sure your dispatches will show up.

yes, we ran a query to check for all business processes modified after november 2016, and the number of results was 0. It is quite puzzling and we do not know how to proceed

If you have restored though a physical backup a previous version of HOPEX data and if RBMS local cache is enabled there can be a cache synchronization issue.
