Hello, does anyone know how I represent the channel, without being the business line, becouse we do not have the license that contemplates this metaclass? The channel would be where I expose my features to the user or client, for example internet banking, or agency (bank branch), or ATM, where the client accesses the functionalities like cash out, payment, current account statement among others.
Are you licensed for ArchiMate?
If so, Mastering ArchiMate, third edition - by Gerben Wierda, may provide you with some interesting options for how to model the concept of Channel.
You can also read the ArchiMate 3.0.1 Specification, online
Alternatively, you could also model it with UML - if you have that license.

as far as I can see BA is the core of your HX product configuration to describe business relationships (alternatively, it could be BPA). Maybe you'd like to consult this article in our online documentation:
The definition behind is: "A business architecture environment represents the relationships of a business functional area with its partners." ->> sounds like your channel.
