For the second year in a row, MEGA has being named a 2021 Gartner Peer Insights Customer’s Choice for Enterprise Architecture Tools with the highest overall rating within the category: 4.8 out of 5 stars. The distinction is based on 76 verified reviews submitted, in the past 12 months, by users.

We listen to customer feedback through Gartner Peer Insights of course, but also through our quarterly Customer Advisory Board, through the MEGA Community which brings together thousands of users, and through our consulting teams who closely support our clients in implementing their transformation projects.

In my experience, customer satisfaction with EA tools is based on 3 main elements:

  1. Ability to demonstrate value internally – Enterprise architecture is often misunderstood by business departments: architects are mostly seen as a control body and not enough as a business accelerator. With an EA platform like HOPEX, Enterprise architects can directly support business projects with concrete deliverables, automation and business content. For example, architects can support Security Directors (CISOs) by providing up-to-date application inventory and related regulatory requirements, allowing them to easily assess application compliance.
