Add metaclass on 'New' metaCommand of other metaclass

Hello All,

I want to add State machine metaclass on the 'New' metacommand of Entity metaClass.

I made 'Metaassociation between Entity and State machine' but I dont see State machine on Entity still.

Do I still need to configure other things??

Thanks in advance,
Kartik

Hello

Note that data modeling metamodel is specific (Entity (DM), Asssociation (DM), Attribute (DM), Data model...).

Additional configuration is required for MetaAssociation targeting the MetaClasses that belong to this metamodel area.

Hi Kartik,

We are ready to help you but it is not clear enough for me.

The mix of metaclasses is a little difficult. You can virtualy create "sub" metaclasses in a new command (or sub menus) to have a predifined type and meta attributes filled automatically with a dedicated form but having a fork for several metaclasses is quite special. Could you provide us some screen grabs to explain exactly "where" and "how" do you want to implement it.

Thanks
