Activation and deployment of stored procedures for Oracle

I know how to trigger the stored procedures via administration.exe. But as far as I understand this is a onetime execution of the procedure and needs to be scheduled within Oracle RDBMS somehow.

I am looking for some instructions that I can provide to our Oracle DBA around "how to schedule the MEGA stored procedures in the MEGA HOPEX Oracle schema (system and/or data)"

SP_CLEAN_MEGA_DATABASE

SP_CONSOLIDATE_MEGA_DATABASE
