Monitoring of scheduled repository snapshot jobs

KElsner

Hi,

how can I automatically monitor the daily creation of repository snapshots?

I wanted to switch to a snapshot from Nov. 2nd and found out that there seems to be no snapshot available. MEGA HOPEX offered to switch to a snapshots from Nov 1st. The relevant repository is configured for daily snapshots.

Best regards

Kai

Hello Kelsner

Let us imagine this

Last update of repository is dated January 1rst

By this I mean that nobody performed additional update (juste consultation or even no connection to HOPEX) after January 1rst

The automation of creation of daily snapshot will not by itself update the repository

Ex:

Snapshot dated January 2d will display the vision of data of January 1rst  (last update of the repository)

Snapshot dated January 3rd will display the vision of data of January 1rst (last update of the repository)

...

Snapshot dated January 31th will display the vision of data of January 1rst (last update of the repository)

Hi Asim,

many thanks. I can see the snapshots being reported as "has been created" (like in your screenshot) but cannot switch back to the point in time when the snapshot has been created.I will open a support case.

Best regards

Kai
