Import Erwin not available

I want to import an ERwin file and the import option is not available.

I have installed MEGA 2009 SP5 CP4 R6, on Windows 7.0 Professional Service Pack 1. I also have the appropriate MEGA license for the Exchange API. However, I am unable to see the option to enable Erwin data import, as shown in the screenshot below

license is required: 'MEGA Business Data' or 'MEGA Database Designer'
