Last week's OPEX event presented a great opportunity to learn more about ways to achieve operational excellence and execute on transformation initiatives.

 

A couple of the key takeaways include:

  • using business process analysis for customer journey mapping and
  • developing a plan for business transformation & improved CX

 

While last week was MEGA’s first time at OPEX, it was great to meet new faces and learn about the various projects, challenges and opportunities that many conference-goers are currently experiencing.
